Shipping & Delivery

I ship orders within 5 working days of receipt, often sooner. My studio is small and I am messy. I set aside one day each week to clean all the surfaces so I can frame and pack without getting things covered in paint or ink. If you order just before that day your order is quick, if you order just after, then not so much. However, if you’re purchasing a gift and need delivery by a specific date please just let me know. I will be happy to help in any way I can to ensure you get the order in time.

For UK addresses, smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail tracked 24 (which will arrive the day after shipping). Larger items are generally sent by Parcelforce using their 48 hours service.

All customers will receive tracking details via email so you can tack your delivery.

International delivery

Shipping to EU & Northern Ireland:

Due to recent EU regulations, I’m currently unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. Sorry : (

For international shipping, I usually use Royal Mail international tracked service which claims to be 4 -28 business days depending on the delivery location. I will send over courier details and estimated delivery time with each order dispatch email.

Please be aware that customs charges vary in each country and I am unable to give quotes for those costs, the customer is responsible for paying customs when the parcel enters the country of destination.

Shipping Info for US Customers:

I am unsure how this operates but it looks like UK parcels to the US are now be subject to a 10% customs tariff . This I understand is usually charged when your parcel is released from customs, and as the importer, you will be responsible for paying any fees. Sorry : (
